Another transformation wrapped up in Hartsville, SC.
This one was a full tear out and reinstall from the ground up with the help of Palmetto Concrete & Co. We installed 2 new walkways, a parking pad extension, completed a full vegetation scrape, brought in topsoil, final graded the property, and installed fresh Stadium Zoysia sod throughout. Elite Turf also came in on this project and performed a soil sample to help ensure the long term health and longevity of the sod. If you are looking for a premium turf to really stand out in the neighborhood, Stadium Zoysia is hard to beat. The color, density, and overall appearance of this grass is unreal! We also redesigned the landscape beds, installed around 90 new shrubs and trees, rerouted the irrigation system with all new heads, and finished everything off with fresh pine straw.

Davison Property Maintenance is currently looking to add a dependable team member to our crew.

We service both commercial and residential properties, with work consisting of a mix of lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing) along with landscape installs, irrigation, lighting, and drainage projects.

We are not just a mow-and-blow opperation. Our goal is to provide premium work, build long-term relationships with our clients, and continue growing as a company. We take pride in doing things the right way and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license 🚗
• Prior lawn care or landscape experience preferred 🌱
• Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions ☀️
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn ⏰
• Takes pride in the quality of their work 💪

This position includes both routine maintenance work and hands-on installation/repair projects (irrigation 💧, outdoor lighting 💡, drainage, etc.) depending on the schedule and workload.

We operate with well-maintained, up-to-date equipment, and part of this role includes daily housekeeping, equipment care, and preventative maintenance 🧰.

We are big on branding, cleanliness, and professionalism from how our equipment looks to how we treat our customers. Being respectful, presentable, and representing the company well is a must.

Pay will be based on experience, with opportunity for advancement for the right individual 📈

We are not looking for just a helper, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a team, take ownership in their work, and grow with us.

Despite all the wet weather lately, we’ve kept this project moving. The access to the home is complete, drainage is in for the downspouts, grading has started, and the beds are prepped.Next up french drains, shrubbery, irrigation, lighting, mulch, and sod. ❄️ Snow Removal Availability ❄️

FLORENCE - DARLINGTON - HARTSVILLE

We weren’t planning on offering snow removal, but due to the amount of calls we’ve received, we’re loading up and putting together a route.

We’ll be plowing this afternoon into the night and again tomorrow to help get businesses and properties back up and running.
