Bettendorf Build (563) — Deckorators Voyage | Mesa + Khaya

This job features Deckorators Voyage in Mesa with Khaya borders and accents to frame the deck and bring out the natural variation in the boards. The darker picture frame really ties the whole thing together.

The centerpiece is a custom wrap-around bench built into the corner of the deck — perfect for gatherings and a great spot to watch the sun go down.

Railing is Preferred Georgian Series in white with black balusters, keeping the look clean and classic.

Lighting includes:

• Aurora LED puck lights recessed into the stair risers
• Additional puck lighting integrated into the bench seating and side walls
• LMT LED post cap lights for soft perimeter lighting at night

All stringers, risers, beams, and posts were wrapped with Royal White PVC trim for a clean, low-maintenance finish.

This one checks all the boxes — craftsmanship, comfort, and materials built to last.

This was the perfect addition to this back patio in Davenport. The colors pop and also match well with the siding and trim!

This project features Deckorators Voyage Mineral Based Composite. The field is Voyage Sierra and the dark border is Voyage Slate.

We framed and trimmed out a small box that houses the dryer vent and allows it to vent out the front of the deck while also doubling as a small bench.

We finished it with some custom aluminum Cable Rail.

This project was a lot of fun! I'm amazed, but somehow we keep getting the best customers, seriously.

The kind of customers who make you want to go above and beyond for them and that's honestly what we strive to do more than anything else.

Here's a small project we wrapped up late last year in Eldridge and recently returned to for a few more small items. I don't believe this project ever got uploaded.

It features a Timbertech Legacy Collection wraparound staircase in Tigerwood, with a Mocha border. The riser lights are Aurora Odyssey Phoenix in Cool White.

The last photos shows the rendering sent to the customer. A 3D representation is a great way to show your clients what their project will look like.

Deckorators Venture Sandbar + Preferred Aluminum Railing = 🔥

This customer decided they wanted to tackle their deck resurface and level rails themselves but called in the pros to build the stairs, install the stair rails and pour a slab at the stair bottom.

We paired up Deckorators Sandbar decking, wrapping all our treads and finishing it off with Preferred Aluminum Railing, Georgian style with Black balusters to get that Tuxedo look.

We beefed up the stringers and blocking to make sure these stairs don't have any bounce in them. Onto the next one!

Another one wrapped up in Bettendorf!

This beauty features Deckorators Vista series in Dunewood, dressed up with Ironwood accents around the deck and stair perimeter for that clean, custom look. We enclosed the base with vertical skirting all the way around the deck and sunroom — sharp, low-maintenance, and built to last.

Just wrapped up this beauty using Deckorators Voyage in Tundra with a Sierra border, Fascia, and Post Wraps—aka the Cadillac of composite decking. Why Cadillac? Because it’s smooth, stylish, and built like a tank.

Voyage is a mineral-based composite, which means crazy good traction (even when wet), and almost no expansion or contraction. Translation: it won’t move, shift, or complain about the weather.
