Twisted Trunk recipe of the week: Sweet & Salty Granola ✨
Ingredients:
3 Cups rolled oats
1 Cup raw nuts of choice, chopped
1 Cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 Cup sesame seeds
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1 tsp kosher or coarse salt
1/2 Cup Twisted Trunk Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Cup maple syrup
Optional: 1 Cup raisins or other dried fruit
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl, mix until everything is evenly distributed & well coated. Spread evenly on large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring up the mixture every 10 minutes or so to encourage even toasting. Add dried fruit and bake 10 minutes longer. Remove pan from oven & allow to cool before transferring to an air-tight container.
