Removed a load bearing wall, new plumbing and electrical throughout, renovated both bathrooms. Just look at the before and after pictures! Glad to see this complete Reno in the books!!

We are looking for the right individuals to join our team of highly skilled subcontractors. We provide residential home improvements and renovations to the central florida market. If you can manage your time well, provide quality work without direct supervision, communicate with customers and our office, are respectful and skilled in various trades then you may be a fit for us.

We are expanding our team of subcontracted handymen/carpenters to carry out projects around central Florida.

We do many projects including pool enclosure construction, screen room construction, rescreening of pool enclosures, concrete slabs/footings, interior/exterior painting, pressure washing, tile flooring/showers/backsplash, LVP, laminate, cabinets, kitchen/bath renovation, minor plumbing, lighting fixture replacement, drywall/texture amongst other things.

No hourly pay here, if you’re good, fast and clean then the earning potential is here. If you’re slow, on your phone all day, show up late and leave early you won’t last a day and your check will reflect.

You must have your own tools, good transportation (a truck or suv is preferred).

Proper attitude and willingness to be a team player is a must. We are willing to train the right individual. Over the years we have been able to bless others by helping them get out of dead end jobs and learn a skill while making great money.

This job is not for the faint of heart but it is rewarding in many ways.
