We swapped out the carpet & engineered wood for some vinyl plank flooring. And laid a 2'x6' area of split brick.

It looked like a new house after this turn around!
We got rid of the carpet and tile and tied in the new hardwood with the existing wood.
Sanded and finish with Loba water base finish...topped with the Loba invisible super matt!🔥
Upgraded the baseboards to 5 1/4" Alexandria base and shoe!
And the center piece with that beautiful new fireplace! 🤌🥂

We got the old yellow finish sanded off and laid out some minwax mocha stain with 3 coats of Loba water base finish! 🔥
