Hire a painter that makes your 60 year old house look new again. Not a lick of flashing in direct sunlight. Not a drop on the brick. Painted fascia, soffit, gutters, downspouts, and all the board and batten in the “rooms”and wood siding on the gables. Fixed most imperfections, as this house was last painted to sell the house and involved minimal prep, no primer. Scraped all the loose flaking paint, patched it, primed it, and 2 coats. 4 coats on the carport ceiling joists because it wasnt primed before painting by whoever “painted” it before. As soon as water based paint touched the edges i scraped, it peeled some more. Rescrape and reprime. Times 3. Finally top coat. And yes I eat that extra cost if I should have noticed when estimating. Shame I dont have more before pics, I’ll ask the owner and edit later.
It seriously makes me happy to see customers so excited about the work i do on their biggest investment and when they tell me they made the right choice in who to trust with their project. Like they tell me every day I’m there how good it looks. Their daughter said it’s now the prettiest house on the block. Even the neighbors on their daily walks compliment my work. Best part of my job for sure.
Not to toot my own horn but I’ve got to be one of the best around, wherever I go. Call me I’ll make your home look good too. Thanks for reading so much, I get excited sometimes.
