March winds have been rough, and this is the kind of damage we’re finding right now all over southwest Ohio.
These aren’t small, hard-to-see issues — this is visible wind damage: shingles lifted, torn, and missing.

We’ve been making sure to get emergency tarps on these homes because rain is coming this week. If your roof took a hit from the March winds, now is the time to get it looked at before water starts getting in.

Most roofers would throw down a tarp and call it good. That’s not how we do things.

This customer just had a brand new $30,000 composite deck installed, and the last thing we were going to let happen was scratches, gouges, or nail damage during the roof install. So we went above and beyond and ordered 2-inch thick insulation board to fully cover and protect the entire deck before we started roofing.

No shortcuts. No excuses. Just doing the job the right way and protecting our customers’ homes like they’re our own.

This is the difference between just getting a roof… and hiring a company that actually cares.

🌧️ Heavy rain is here — nearly 4 inches expected this week.

Spring storms are a great reminder to make sure your gutters are flowing properly and doing their job.

If your gutters aren’t working properly, all that water has nowhere to go. When gutters overflow, water can back up behind them and start soaking into the fascia and soffit, which can lead to rot and expensive repairs over time.

If you’re seeing gutters overflow, leak, or pull away from the house, it may be time to have them looked at.
