French doors into a load bearing wall

Matching stain and wood work

Ran into HVAC ductwork supply which we found out they furred out the walls 1/2". We then had to make jam extension. We had even check an existing door jam on the same wall that a 4 9/16 jam 🤦🏼‍♂️. We moved the door down a wall cavity (to avoid the hvac) and low and behold water lines were in the way 😂😂😂.

We got it done and customer is thrilled!

It started with a meeting on paper and legos (end picture)!

They will add a deck over the recessed slab and then drop a hot tub in underneath!
•
The Varvel Family were some of the best customers to work for! Their comprehension of this crazy work environment and level of trust in us made all the difference. It was a pleasure to partner with them to help bring a dream to reality!
