Wrapped up this cabinetry today. I couldn’t be happier with the waterborne laquer in a low gloss from The whole basement got the royal treatment!
From an off yellow trim, doors, and walls; to an off white trim and cool grey wall color. What a difference! There was also some ceiling repairs and tons of drywall work involved. Thanks for trusting clients that demand unmatched quality.

All masked off and sprayed out with metallic bronze!! My local brought in some exterior single component waterborn polyurethane from Precision Coatings. Fist time using it and it sprayed like a dream with an airless and fflp 310.

Spraying Sherwin Williams Superpaint Low Luster on this downtown Dayton building. SW Iron Ore paired with a bronze metallic highlighting the corbels and ornate metal work. Can’t wait to see it! One step at a time though.... awaiting some repair work on the lower soffit and looking for appropriate dry days between the spring rain. @ Downtown Dayton

Completed this modern addition on a charming tudor here in Kettering! New stucco in the front and Hardie stucco board in the back where no one really notices. A lot of care went into priming the raw masonry and soffits. Then caulking and 2 coats of SW Resilience satin. Hoping to come back and work over the existing house to March later this season. @ Dayton, Ohio
