I painted the entire exterior of the house. Also removed what was left of the existing sidewalk and formed and poured a new sidewalk as well as built a deck on the side of the house.

I finished installing indoor/outdoor carpet in this sunroom and tile in the kitchen. This was done in a beautiful home on a gorgeous property that will be listed for sale in the next few days in the wonderful city of Huber Heights. Finished this deck in Troy last week. It looks great but it will look AWESOME next summer after being stained by the new owner of the house!

Here are some pictures of the pergola I built in the back yard of our previous house. This was my pride and joy of all my projects so far. As you can see in the pictures I started with a concrete pad and then lagged the posts to the pad. I laid three different sized pavers in a bed of mortar and after they set up I went thru and tuckpointed all the joints with mortar. It has a metal roof on it so we could enjoy even in the rain. It has a built in swing in the back a six foot ceiling fan, TV on opposite end of the swing, string lighting and electrical outlets on all four posts. We added some nice outdoor furniture a gas firepit for the cooler nights along with some nice big planters with beautiful flowers to accent. We enjoyed many, many evenings under this pergola.
