One year ago, Daniel joined the SLIKSTYX team with one goal in mind, to help grow the brand.

Over the past year, he’s spent countless hours on the road, on the phone, meeting customers, answering questions, and introducing people to a different way of doing something that’s been done the same way for decades.

There have been a lot of folks sharing a similar sentiment to these comments when it comes to alternatives to SLIKSTYX.

We want to say PLEASE DO NOT do this, especially on drinking water systems.

While you may think it’s safe because it’s made for food, but the vegetable oils contain organic materials that will promote bacteria growth and can swell/degrade rubber gaskets.

SLIKSTYX is the only spray on lubricant engineered for use will ALL types of gasketed pipe and fittings!
