Smokey Joel's Flavors Hi there hot heads! I started growing a hot pepper garden in 2015 and this year I have 14 varieties of the hottest and most flavorable I could find. Cheers!

I quickly realized as my garden grew that I was going to have way more chili's than myself and close friends could handle, so I decided to start making hot sauces influenced by recipes from my world travels. It takes alot of time, effort, and patience to create these artisan sauces. I hope you enjoy them as much as I like creating them. Look forward to updates and new batches as I am always brewing up something new.

Another great haul late in the season here in Michigan. Weather has been warm enough to keep them going although they are stunted a bit by the cold nights. Probably my last batch in Sauce Lab of ripe ones. Just bottled batch of ### + Hurt Berry. Next one will similar heat with this pick. Still have 3 ferments going into December.
