And so unfolded the process of this major project: what began as a simple minor repair to the shower floor evolved into repairs in other parts of the house—and a complete shower remodel. In a spot where the roof had been replaced barely two months prior, we had to replace it entirely—including the OSB—using 77 sheets of OSB and over 24 squares of shingles. This was something neither we nor our client expected to have to do. Note: Be careful whom you hire for your projects.
