This is a small bath remodel having to do with floor and shower tile replacement, and new fixture installation. We also painted the room completely and fixed minor aesthetic details.
Esta fue una pequeña remodelacion de un baño, al que le cambiamos piso y paredes a material en porcelana, ademas de cambiar todos los accesorios. Tambien pintamos el baño por completo y le arreglamos detalles esteticos.

A flood recovery project. This home had 2" of water seep in and had a lot of damage done. We demoed and repaired 4' high of sheet rock, insulation and, all the flooring, but also upgraded the cabinets some of the flooring, repaired various spots in the sheetrock above 4', as well as on the outside. Also we cleaned the outside up and took preventive measures as to future water problems on the roof and around the chimney.
Este fue un proyecto de reparacion causada por 2 pulgadas de agua que se estancaron dentro del domicilio. Demolimos y reparamos 4 pies en altura de aislamiento termico, tablaroca y 100% de los pisos del domicilio. Ademas aprovecho el cliente para subir de calidad en algunas de las mejoras realizadas, como en algunas aera de piso y acabado de los gabinetes. Tambien se arreglaron detalles en el resto de la tablaroca, asi como en el exterior de esta residencia. A su vez tomamos medidas preventivas en contra del acceso de humedad mediante el tejado de la casa y alrededor de la chimenea.

This was a hurricane recovery project. The customer had already had this home re-roofed (for which he overpaid) and we had a chance to repair the interior of the home and make some upgrades, as well.
Este proyecto incluye reparaciones a daños creados por el huracan Ike. A su vez hubo presupuesto para hacer algunas mejoras a la residencia. El tejado (inflado en costo) de este hogar ya estaba hecho para cuando entramos a reparar su interior.

Another hurricane Ike rehab project. Most of the improvements were performed on the exterior of the home, but we also repaired and upgraded the inside.

Diseñamos y construimos esta residencia de 347 m2. Tiene fachada de piedra y cemento, techo de teja de barro, y esta diseñada para sostener vientos huracanados de hasta 120 mph.

Designed and built this 3-2 residence. It has a total living area of 1868 sq. ft. and total construction of 1921 sq. ft. (214 m2). Brick facade and detached garage. Excuse the fact that some details were not finished when these pictures were taken.
