It’s been a while since I’ve posted on the business page here, but I hope everyone has had a great summer! I currently have lots of 1x8x16 as well as 1x6x16 tight knot #2 and better pine T&G V groove In Stock! Kiln dried at an average of about 12 percent. Sub bundled in packs of 6 boards. I also have some with nickel gap pattern if you prefer that! Perfect for walls, soffits, ceilings, etc. I have different grades and prices vary, but generally 1x8 in the best grade is 88 cents per linear ft by the unit of 108 boards, or $1 per linear ft for individual boards less than a unit. 1x6 is 75 cents per linear ft by the unit, and 85 cents per ft for less than a unit. I also have cheaper grades available. I also have 1x4x8 select grade T&G sauna cedar for $4.75 each by the unit, or $5.25 each individually. Sales tax applies. I can do unit pricing for any amount a unit or more, even if I have to split another unit to get the amount you need. Located at Three Pines Farm and Lumber, about 15 min north of Spokane toward Deer Park. I can take cash, check, or card, but there is a 2.5 percent processing fee for card. Good quality 1x8x16 tight knot #2 and better grade knotty pine T&G lumber for sale. V groove pattern both sides of the board. Kiln dried at an average of about 12 percent. $.85cents per linear ft by the unit of 96 boards, or 90 cents per linear ft for less than a unit. Thats $1305.60 per unit plus sales tax. I have about 30 units available. I also have it in blued pine. Located at Three Pines Farm and Lumber about 15 min north of Spokane toward Deer Park. Beautiful blued pine 1x6 and 1x8 v groove T&G for sale! It has lots of character and is all labeled as blued from the mill, although the amount of bluing may vary within the units. They are available In 14ft and 16ft lengths depending on my current inventory, and are planed on all 4 sides and kiln dried down to 12percent or less. 1x6 is 65cents per linear ft by the unit of 128 boards or more, and 75cents per linear ft for less than a unit. 1x8 is 85cents per linear ft by the unit of 96 boards or more, or 90cents per linear ft for less than a unit. Plus sales tax. Cash, check, or Venmo, but Venmo is an extra 3percent charge. Located 15 min north of Spokane toward Deer Park Wa. I’m open by appointment, just message for pickup time and address. Sub wrapped in packs of 6 to keep them straight. Good quality boards, #2 and better grade, and kiln dried at or below 12 percent. $.85cents per linear ft by the unit of 108 boards, or 90 cents per linear ft for less than a unit. Plus tax. Hello! Three Pines Farm and Lumber is my small lumber company located 15 min north of Spokane Wa. I specialize in Pine trim boards and T&G. I have various patterns, sizes, and styles; both blued pine and knotty pine. I’m happy to work with both contractors and homeowners, and I’ll sell any amount. I order the lumber in large quantities, so unfortunately I can’t usually do custom orders outside of the inventory I have on hand. My prices are low compared to most of the retail market, however I am only open by appointment.
