There is no greater feeling in this industry than the pure joy that comes with making your Client’s dream come true!🤗

As we all know it’s a tough market 🏡 out there and our client always dreamed of a cabin home in Leadville, CO… well, not easy to find. So he figured, why not turn his current home into his cabin??? 🤔

Well… the Flannel Fleet Team delivered 💪

Beautiful end product with tongue & groove walls, tin ceiling (nostalgia of Leadville, CO), all new light fixtures, flooring, windows, shutters, windows, remodeled bathroom & kitchen WITH CUSTOM HAND MADE CABINETS (by yours truly).😍

…and yes, we thought Snoopy needed a new bed, in flannel of course🐶

This demo & remodel job was an ALL Hands On Deck💪 Have no fear, our guy shows up in a BIG way! This became the birth (rebranding) from Preisser Property Solutions to Flannel Fleet Construction. The neighbors kept asking about “the guys in Flannel”, so it got us thinking 🤔 and here we are today; rocking the flannel❤️🖤❤️🖤

The team at Flannel Fleet Construction believes that just about anything is possible. ❤️🖤❤️🖤
So when this Little Flannel Rookie (15 yrs. old) said “I can install a dishwasher!”, we thought… “Why not?” 🤷‍♂️
✅ Cabinet & Countertops moved
✅ Plumbing
✅ Electrical
✅ Appliance Installed & hooked up
✅ Finishing touches
(*note, there was NOT a dishwasher already in place, this was a full install)
