le wallcovering imported from Sweden in North America beginning in 1986. Since that time, Roos has maintained the role of leading authority and supplier. In 1997, Roos introduced one of the first residential and commercial wallcovering collections of the now popular new polyester cellulose non-woven substrates. Over the past 10 years, Roos has expanded its product lines to include architectural millwork laminates, woods, panels and screens from nationally known manufacturers. In addition, Roos transformed their offices and warehouse to include a Materials Boutique Showroom to showcase all of their exclusive brands, and including all the leading brands of popular commercial and residential wallcovering collections of vinyl wallcoverings, nonwoven wallcoverings, handcrafted wallcoverings, digital printed wallcoverings, grasscloths and naturals including silks, strings, jutes and paper weaves. Roos also offers leading brands of real leather upholstery and faux leather upholstery. Roos International maintains memberships in AIA Florida, Wallcovering Installers Association, ASID Industry Foundation, and NEWH. Roos International has served on various committees in these organizations. Dich and Deborah Roos, the owners, have worked side by side with the members of these organizations to further increase the professional standards, develop educational forums, and to promote the awareness of the professionals within the trade.
