HOW TO DO COFFEE ENEMAS RIIIGHT!
Coffee e***as are one of my fave biohacks. They increase endogenous production of glutathione, they remove heavy metals, parasites, and yeast and give you a mental boost via le caboose.
Step-by-step process:
1. Brew S. A. Wilsons organic coffee which is a medium roast green coffee. Let it cool down to a Luke warm temperature.
2. Mix 1 teaspoon of blackstrap molasses, a couple of drops of tangerine oil, and a teaspoon of Epsom salts or sea minerals into 4 cups@of the brew .
3. Pour the contents into an e***a Bucket which can easily purchased online, and insert the end of the 4 foot tube into your keister, lubed w a touch of oil.
4. Get on all fours and empty the contents of the bucket into the p**p chute. Immediately lie on your right side so that the coffee can drain into the liver bile ducts.

WHO I AM and things you did not know about me.
