Do to personal health reason I will no longer be takin non any contracts or doin qoutes . Perhaps in future when body is function properly I may but I do not believe so at this point . If surgery is required I’d rather not continue doin a job that led to the hip issues . With that said I would like to thank all my previous a repeat customers for the opportunity to have provided you with a new floors I hope you all find another contractor who provides you with the same experience.

Current project 1200 sq ft stain master laminate flooring . Found some major slab issue to resolve nearly 1 1/2 drop in corner . Previous carpet installer didn’t do proper install , owner had chipmunk a lots of bugs entering through the separation . This is an example of someone saying 90% is good so it’s good lol 😂. Properly filled with foam backer then silicone sealed with a spray sealer used after cured now to leveling cement to bring the project to install spec

Sometimes a good floor is simply what the customers request , 73 yr older miss wanted the floor refreshed an sealed with all the ding a gouges left in for family memories . The remainder of old finish was removed an hand sanded to get to necessary finish removed an then stained on to sealing tomarrow. She was informed of why that generally not done a she was understanding but this was what she wanted an is overjoyed at the progress an outcome so far.
