Gamez Construction is Donating a Roof to a Member of the DeKalb Community!

We are proud to announce that Gamez Construction will be donating a free full roof replacement to a homeowner in DeKalb County who is in need.

As a local, family-owned company, we believe in giving back to the communities we serve. This year, we’re offering a no-cost roof replacement to help ease the burden for one household that may not have the means to afford a new roof.

Eligibility Requirements:
* Must be the legal owner of the home
* Must reside in DeKalb, Sycamore, Cortland, or Malta
* Must have active homeowner’s insurance
* Must be willing to share your situation or nominate someone in need

Application Deadline: September 1st
Homeowner Will Be Selected: September 15th

This home, right in the heart of DeKalb and Sycamore, originally had cedar siding. The homeowner loved the original look but was tired of the constant upkeep—repainting, sealing, and dealing with wood rot.

This home got a clean, modern look with white LP SmartSide siding, a black Landmark Pro roof, new cedar columns, and a few custom touches — including a handcrafted flower box that really brings the whole front together

We also installed new aluminum soffit, fascia, gutters, gutter guards, and 4 energy-efficient windows — all designed to last and boost curb appeal.
