What happens when your downspout needs to move water across concrete? You take the drainage underground.
For this Sanford, Florida project, our team installed Downspout Connections, a Discharge Line, Tunneling Under Concrete, and a Discharge Grate to create a controlled route for roof runoff.
The downspout connections direct rainwater into the drainage system, while the discharge line carries the water away from the property. By tunneling under the existing concrete, we were able to route the drainage line without unnecessarily cutting through the surface. The discharge grate provides a designated outlet for the system.
Florida’s heavy rainfall can quickly overwhelm poorly routed downspouts, making proper water management an important part of protecting your property.
