Ideally this person would be from the Delano or surrounding areas. Young and strong!
Ideally they would have a friend or two to join a crew as the business grows.
Opportunity within the company to grow is huge! We will train 100%! We just need people to show up everyday and work hard. $20/hr to start with a $5/hr raise when work is up to speed.
Must be ok with heights.
