Chicago, there’s something special about you.

SPACEdfi is returning to where it all began. The Loft on Randolph project, located in the heart of Fulton Market in Chicago.

Our team was entrusted with the exciting opportunity to reimagine the interiors and rooftop space through renovation of key areas including original industrial elevator, modernized kitchen and integrating relic pieces that tell the tale of the building’s history.

What was once a meat-packing factory, will now serve as a destination rental and event venue space, filled with historic character and soon-to-be sultry lounge, designed in a way that feels deeply connected to the city itself.
