Sometimes condo buildings have concrete ceilings or just close to zero plenum space. As a result, recessed lighting products are not possible. Here is a really cool install of square surface mount fixtures from Flexalighting that in my opinion look even better than the recessed alternative! The LED tape behind the TV console is a beautiful touch as well. LED tape is relatively inexpensive and easy to install (since it's usually low voltage) but can be the easiest way to add sophistication and WOW factor to your space.

Are you getting ready for a holiday party at your house? How cool would it be to adjust your lighting to set a festive mood!? This is the JL Home Projects showroom in . This shows some of the LED tape we represent from GM Lighting What's special about it is that there are both white LED chips, and RGB LED chips every inch on this tape. The RGB (Red, Green, Blue) can mix to make just about any color you need and the static white chip will give you that clean 3000K temperature that you will want when the party is over. This technology is available in LED tape as well as many different architectural fixtures we carry.
