Don’t skimp on the Painter! Hire the wrong company or a guy who says he has a company, you might just get a hack job! Then end up with even bigger problems and spend more 💵 …. Dont be that customer 👨 👩 I see & hear horror stories all the time. I’m just trying to spread awareness… everyone can paint, but not everyone can paint! Couple red flags to look for.

🚩 he makes the customer supply the paint so he can do the job.
🚩 he’s super cheap on his pricing
🚩 he doesn’t talk about his prep work
🚩 can’t find his company on google or facebook (the internet)

House was pressure cleaned, sealed/primed, all cracks were repaired and we spray and back-roll. We started at 8am today. House should be done by 4pm.

This house is right down the road from me. I watched this “investor” rip trees out, rip vines off the house, get a new septic, put a brand new roof on, he put a lot of money into this house then he skimps on the painter. The part that’s really gonna bring the house together, he skimps on. I see it allllll the time. Take a look at this video. I loose jobs to these kinds of people over a few hundred bucks and it makes me sick! homeowner thought he was getting a deal, turns out he needs to fix his brand new roof, hire a cleaning company to remove all the paint where it doesn’t belong and then hire a better pro painting company to fix this guys mess. All over a few hundred bucks… maybe, just maybe one of my followers will learn from this and pass on the word to stop hiring cheap painters. off elkcam blvd
