A small concrete extension pad to make walkin into and out of the entryway a bit easier!!!

Features:

1. Excavation to appropriate depth
2. Sprinkler head and line moved as needed
3. Area screeded flat and tamped
4. Slab framed to appropriate grade
5. Appropriate expansion boards installed
6. Gravel base poured to keep moisture off new pad base
7. 5500 psi concrete mixed, poured, screened flat to grade
8. Appropriate finish rounded edges to prevent breakage
9. Mag troweled and broom finish to add non skid surface

10. Hand prints by the family for the memories

Recently finished this mortared flagstone patio install!!!

Features:
1. Roughly 375sq ft
2. 3.5inch by 375sq ft concrete slab installed with appropriate expansion joints
3. Oklahoma hazlenut flagstone natural cut mortared onto slab with appropriate expansion joints
4. French drain installed for water management

This is a project I recently completed and am super happy with how it turned out!!!!

For this one, I installed an all cedar handrail for the entryway ramp, rebuilt the paver walkway, and hardscaped the inner area with decorative gravels to be used as a large area potted plant garden.
