Nelson + Morgan, Architects can provide existing Facility Analysis and condition assessment, new site selection, Master Planning and Long Range Visioning, budget and cost estimating, remodeling, renovation of existing facility to new construction and implementation of Multi-phased expansion programs. Nelson + Morgan, Architects provide all traditional architectural services, specifically tailored to each project, or as required by the client. Nelson + Morgan, Architects is a full service architectural & interior design firm based in Denton, TX with offices in Texas and Oklahoma. Projects include religious, commercial, retail, aviation, educational, and interiors.

NMA is seeking a professional with the following qualifications:

Minimum 2 years recent experience in commercial architectural design and production.
Bachelor/Masters degree or equivalent architectural education or commercial design and production experience.
Candidate must be highly motivated to learn, creative and hard working with problem solving skills and attention to detail
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects/tasks in varying stages of project development.
Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Archicad strongly preferred, with on-board training available.
Additional experience in Adobe creative suite, Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities will include:

Development of construction documents, and managing multiple projects.
Be responsible for the coordination and management of multiple project efforts with in-house team and sub-consultants.
Demonstrate administrative and technical skills to assure the most efficient and cost-effective ex*****on of assigned projects.
Work independently and alongside team to meet project constraints of budget and schedule.
Develop, prepare, and coordinate presentation materials.
Must be organized, focused, able to multi-task, and have effective verbal and written communication skills as well as a collaborative and professional work ethic.
