What's the position? Oh, you were looking for a title? Actually we're just TEAM here, but if you MUST have us frame it: Customer service/Production Assistant ... with the ability to impact others positively. If you speak Spanish it is also very helpful, but not required. We need a positive, self-directed individual with great attention to detail to interact with our customers by taking orders, setting appointments, assisting with backlogs and communicating this to customers. Do you have a positive enough disposition for that? In addition, we need someone who will interact with our Production and install team to make sure that they understand the scope of the projects.
If you have experience with customer service within the construction industry, this is very helpful!
