Wrapped up this Denver project yesterday. Homeowner had a 20-year-old roof that was starting to show its age — curling shingles, granule loss, a few small leaks.

We replaced it with GAF Timberline HDZ, upgraded the underlayment to synthetic, and made sure the ventilation was dialed in. Whole job took 2 days from tear-off to cleanup.

Now they've got a roof that'll protect their home for the next 25+ years. That's the goal every time.
