Nursing home closures during the pandemic have displaced thousands. Since shelters generally don't have the resources to support people with mobility issues, senior housing is crucial for protecting vulnerable members of our community. We are grateful that our Meadowlark senior housing project will bring relief to some the community of Butte, MT.

Salt Lake City's city council voted in favor of a project to build a small community known as the Other Side Village for people experiencing chronic homelessness.

Aspen Hills Apartments is a 180-unit HUD project including 6 residential buildings, 2 private parking garage buildings, 1 clubhouse and 11 carport structures. The project is scheduled to be completed next month.
