"Let me start off by saying that Chris is talented and a great handyman!
I wound up not hiring him for the drywall work on account of it having asbestos in the wall and needing abatement, but his hourly pitch was fantastic, so I called him to do a partial renovation on my bathroom. He completely went with the flow, I hired him for a (not cheap) job, and he just finished it today.
At the end of it, he'd laid tile, repaired drywall, moved in a vanity, shut off plumbing and completely sweat / replumbed some pipes, fixed a drain, cut and installed molding, moved some electric, and consulted on some additional work. I've never seen one guy do the work he did with the level of expertise he did it. I paid him immediately, and will definitely hire him any and every time I have weird jobs that require general handyman expertise that I don't feel comfortable doing alone.
He'll also work with you, talk to you, and you'll be a better customer of handyman services for working with him."

"Chris helped solve a major crisis involving sub par kitchen flooring and was able to fix the problem, lay new fiber board and expertly lay new tile. Additionally, he fixed moldy sheetrock and a leak in the kitchen sink. I couldn't have completed my house remodel without him. On top of all of his expert work, he is also a gentleman to work witha super guy."

"Basement Finish: I had Chris from CJ's provide assistance on my basement. Originally I hired him to assist with the framing only, but he did such a good job and I then learned of his extensive background that I kept him on to essentially act as the GC. He did the drywall to a level of perfection that my wife couldn't even find a flaw. He did the full kitchen install except the granite countertop, the flooring, trim, painting, tile shower, and a ton of other various kittle things that the other contractors simply just don't do but needed to be taken care of. We will be hiring him for our next job. Craftsmanship is awesome and pricing is exceptionally fair."
