Landscape, Inc has been providing landscape maintenance, tree,
irrigation, plant health, turf and snow removal services to Denver’s
leading multi-family, condo, office complexes and other
commercial sites since 1980. DLC takes pride in our unrivaled
customer service, and thorough attention to detail.
We are looking for a full-time field supervisor who has a positive
attitude and holds themselves accountable with a professional
demeanor. This supervisor will be managing multiple crews and
support staff. Clear communication with team members and
clients is essential.
DLC makes extensive use of technology for quoting, scheduling,
and invoicing. Field employees will use company supplied phones
to get work orders and track time.
Be your own boss - your job is making sure your subordinates are
doing theirs. Lots of personal flexibility.
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years experience in similar position
- Can read and understand landscape plans and contracts
- Strong knowledge of all aspects irrigation systems
- Familiar with common turf care practices
- Familiar with the proper use of industry related equipment
- Valid Driver’s License - CDL preferred
- Colorado Dept of Agriculture Qualified Supervisor preferred
- Ability to ID most common landscape plants
- Some Spanish preferred
Job Duties:
Utilize a hands-on approach to direct and manage projects via
planning, coordination of employees, equipment, and resources
Develop and maintain efficient procedures for efficient operation
Extensive knowledge of irrigation is required - you will be
managing irrigation techs that will need your skills
• Managing multiple crews
• Inspect finished product to ensure standards
• Achieve customer satisfaction while meeting company goals
• Maintain, nurture and improve relationships with clients and
staff
• Conduct and record detailed inspections, and plan/execute
upgrades of client systems
• Monitor team’s compliance with quality and safety standards
Execute timely servicing and quality of work at all client locations
Approve data such as time sheets and credit card receipts
Maintain the physical demands of the job while working outside in
all types of weather
Snow removal responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:
