We had a small leak in our basement, and I cannot speak highly enough of B-Line and Bryan for their incredibly fast and professional response. In a world where too many contractors disappear the moment a project is done, B-Line truly stands apart. They honored their warranty without hesitation, responded immediately, communicated clearly, and had the repair completed in no time.
They covered 100% of the costs��materials and labor��which was above and beyond what I expected. They could have easily pushed it off or charged me something, but instead, they stood by their work and their word. Bryan and his team were not only knowledgeable and efficient in identifying the issue, but they also showed the same care and professionalism they did when they originally finished our basement.
The original basement project was done beautifully, with top-notch craftsmanship and a great crew that was a pleasure to have around the house. Even my kids loved them! It's rare to find a team so trustworthy, responsive, and committed to quality.
