Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings 😋
Ingredients
1 Onion (diced)
6 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 can Cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. Fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tsp. Poultry seasoning
2 c. Chicken broth
1 can Buttermilk refrigerated biscuits
2 c. Frozen mixed vegetables (defrosted)
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Layer the chopped onion on the bottom of your crockpot.
Place the chicken thighs on top of the chopped onion in a single layer.
In a mixing bowl, place 1 can of cream of chicken soup.
Pour a can of cream of celery soup into the mixing bowl.
Add 1 tsp of poultry seasoning to the mixing bowl.
Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.
Add black pepper to taste.
Stir all of the ingredients in the mixing bowl, and pour over top of the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
Pour 2 cups of chicken broth over top of the chicken.
Set the crockpot to high for 5 hours and close the lid.
Do not open the lid until you have just 1 hour of cook time left on the crockpot’s display. With 1 hour left, open the lid and pour in 2 cups of mixed vegetables that have been defrosted.
Mix them into the crockpot well, shredding the chicken thighs as you stir.
Open a can of refrigerated biscuits, and flatten each one. Cut each biscuits into 4 long slices.

Crispy bacon, melty cheese, and tender zucchini all wrapped into one easy appetizer? Yes please. These are smoky, cheesy, and perfect for BBQs, cookouts, game day, parties, or a fun snack tray everyone will reach for first.

Ingredients:
Zucchini sticks
Bacon slices
Cheddar or mozzarella cheese sticks
Garlic powder
Ranch seasoning, optional

Instructions:

1. Cut the zucchini into thick sticks.

2. Place one cheddar or mozzarella cheese stick beside each zucchini piece.

3. Wrap each zucchini and cheese bundle tightly with a slice of bacon.

4. Place the wrapped sticks on a baking sheet.

5. Sprinkle with garlic powder, ranch seasoning, or both for extra flavor.

6. Bake at 400°F for 22–28 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.

7. Let them cool slightly before serving so the cheese can settle a bit.

We did a chicken parm style pasta bake tonight for dinner, so easy and cheap but yummy! Less than $8 for this big dish
1 lb box pasta (we used penne) $1
1 24oz jar pasta sauce $2
1 can diced tomatoes un-drained $.60
Fill pasta sauce jar with water
2 cups ish mozzarella cheese $2
About 10 chicken nuggets less than $2 for amount used depending on brand.
Mixed pasta(uncooked) sauce, tomatoes, water and seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder and Italian seasoning we had on hand) in dish cooked covered with aluminum foil for 30 min at 425. Cooked chicken nuggets in airfryer for 15 min at 400, cut into thirds after cooled and set aside. Mixed some cheese in with pasta, topped with nugget pieces and cheese on top bake uncovered for 10 min

Cheap dinner that will last a few nights...Prepare one box of Rice a Roni Spanish rice as directed on the box. In a large skillet brown 1 lb lean ground beef, chopped onions, chopped red and green bell peppers. Add a sprinkle of shredded cheese, 1 can of Rotel, salt pepper and cumin. Combine all together along with the prepared rice. Pour into a baking dish and top with additional shredded sharp cheddar cheese and bake at 350 ° for 25- 30 minutes.

Stuffed Pepper Soup Is a Full Meal in a Bowl, Don't Lose this Recipe ❤️
Ingredients
1 pound ground sirloin
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup finely diced onion
1 (29 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup white rice
Directions
In a large stock pot brown ground meat. Drain fat and add pepper and onion. Cook until onion is translucent, not letting them brown.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, thyme, sage and season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, until peppers are tender.
In another saucepan boil 2 cups water, and add rice. Cook until rice is tender and then add to soup. Heat soup through and serve.

• 2 boxes Little Debbie Swiss Rolls, about 12 twin-wrapped rolls total
• 1 box Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix, 3.4 oz
• 1 ½ cups cold milk
• 1 tub Cool Whip, 8 oz, thawed
• 1 tub Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting, 16 oz

Instructions:
