SUN Studio’s Geos Neighborhood in Arvada. Phases 2 and 3 are proceeding with passive solar homes, but the residents of Phase 1 want the new developers to continue the fossil fuel free and high performance accomplishments of Phase 1. Progress is difficult. But we greatly appreciate the support for this vision from Geos’ residents. Progress does not happen without support at the grass roots.

Outside the picturesque city center, Prague’s concrete panelák apartments solved a need for fast, modern housing in the Communist era. They’re still thriving today.
