Celebrating a Remarkable Career and a Well-Deserved Retirement 🎉

Before Christmas we said goodbye to John Parks, our senior estimator as he embarks on a well-earned retirement after 17 years of exceptional leadership, dedication, and steadfast commitment to our team. His remarkable career spans more than 42 years of contributions to our industry.
From day one, he brought not only exceptional skills but also kindness, mentorship, and a spirit that inspired everyone around. Whether it was guiding colleagues through challenges, celebrating wins big and small, or simply brightening the office with a smile, John has left an indelible mark on our organization.
While we’ll miss his presence, we’re excited for the new adventures, relaxation, and joy that retirement will bring. Thank you, John Parks for everything you’ve contributed — your legacy will continue to inspire us for years to come.

This holiday season was one for the books at A-1 Chipseal/Rocky Mountain Pavement & Black Rock Material & Supply- our biggest year yet of spreading joy and making a difference in our community!
Members of our amazing team sponsored a child for Christmas through the Santa Shop with Joyful Journeys Community Enrichment in Arvada. Our employees made sure each child felt the warmth, excitement, and magic of the season.
