Happy Thanksgiving from SPIRE Design Studio! 🍁🦃

Wishing you a day filled with tasty food, much love, and quality time spent with the people who make our lives brighter every day, reminding us of all we have to be grateful and thankful for! Here’s a SPIRE office favorite recipe- from our kitchen to yours with love. (courtesy of Williams Sonoma). Enjoy! 💛

🥔 Rich Scalloped Potatoes (Williams Sonoma)
Ingredients:
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 3 cups chopped leeks
• 2 tsp kosher salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• 3 ¾ lbs baking potatoes, sliced
• 2 cups shredded Gruyère
• 3 cups heavy cream

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Sauté leeks in butter until tender.
2. Layer potatoes → seasoning → Gruyère → leeks in a buttered 9x13 dish.
3. Heat cream until simmering; pour over potatoes.
4. Cover with foil; bake 1 hour.
5. Uncover and bake 30 min more until golden + tender.
6. Let rest 5 minutes. Serves 8.
7. Enjoy! 🥔
