Here's the latest drone video of The Academy on Mapleton Hill graduated senior living facility in Boulder, Colorado showing the major landscaping improvements to the Village Green courtyard and other phase one buildings. We appreciate all the continued efforts from our partners and consultants in the development of this project.

40 years ago, Michael Mulhern founded The Mulhern Group, Ltd. on June 15, 1983. To celebrate we went to Top Golf for a fun outing with some current and former staff. We'd like to thank all partners, past and present, for helping us get to this milestone.

The Mulhern Group was recognized at Arrupe Jesuit High School’s Corporate Work Study Program appreciation breakfast. Each year we’re placed with a student who comes into the office to assist and learn about the working world. It was a remarkable event for all involved in the program and The Mulhern Group was presented with a plaque for years of collaboration.

TMG is very proud to be a supporter of the Corporate Work Study Program; we look forward to many years of continued support.

Last month we welcomed Jessica Smythe to the TMG team, doubling the amount of alumni from the University of Hartford in the office. Having moved from North Carolina recently, Jessica swung right into the Colorado spirit by adopting two dogs! With nearly a decade of experience, she is a wonderful addition to our team and will be instrumental in developing our many residential and mixed-use projects.

Our leadership team and friends had a wonderful time at the Broncos game a few weeks ago. The highlight of the day was getting to meet a dog dressed up in Bronco gear! Thank you to everyone who came out and go Broncos!

Congratulations to Skanska for receiving Top Project's 2nd place award in the Infrastructure & Telecom category for the new Flexential Data Center in Hillsboro, Oregon. Flexential’s flagship facility was designed by The Mulhern Group (Architect), S A Miro (Structural Engineer), kW Mission Critical Engineering (Mechanical, Plumbing & Fire Protection, Electrical Engineering) and Mackenzie (Civil Engineer & Landscape Architect).

Thank you, Flexential , for allowing us to generate the design that led to the construction of this significant project.

A native of Denver, Anna has moved back with her cat, Skunk, after graduating from the University of Kansas, the second KU graduate joining our team this year. She brings a fresh perspective and a can-do attitude so we are thrilled to have her!
