Tomorrow I start installing my new kitchen cabinets, and I’m excited to see how this kitchen transformation turns out!

But before you start installing your cabinets, INSPECT THEM! 👀📦

Check every cabinet for scratches, dents, cracks, broken parts, or shipping damage. If you find something damaged, contact your vendor immediately and request a replacement.

Waiting could mean waiting on a replacement cabinet and that could delay your entire kitchen installation.

The engine is finally clean!

After sitting for years and collecting grease, oil, dirt, and grime, this old lawn mower engine is finally ready for the next step.

I put it outside to dry before I start taking the engine apart and inspecting everything for rust, broken parts, damage, and anything that needs to be replaced.

This is all part of my challenge to see if I can bring this old mower back to life, get it running, and eventually donate it to a family that needs one.

I’m not a professional mechanic. I’m learning as I go!

👉 Follow along and subscribe to see what I find inside the engine and whether I can actually get this old mower running again!

What do you think I’ll find inside? 👇

This mower has been sitting for years, and I’m challenging myself to see if I can bring it back to life, and eventually donate it to someone who needs one.

I removed the fuel tank and air filter, and WOW… the oil and grease buildup is no joke! 🤢

I’m not a small-engine mechanic, but I’m learning as I go. Next, I’ll be disassembling the engine, cleaning the parts, and checking for rust or damage.

What’s your favorite product for removing heavy grease and oil buildup? Drop your recommendation below! 👇

Sometimes the things we see every day carry a deeper message. 🌅

I recently found myself reflecting on the shadow and what it can represent in our lives. What if the shadow isn’t something to fear, but something that can teach us, reveal something to us, and draw us closer to God?

This reflection really made me stop and think. I hope it speaks to you too. 🙏

What does “the shadow” mean to you? Drop your thoughts in the comments. 👇

I went to collect eggs from my chicken coop and discovered the tiniest little egg I’ve ever seen!

It was almost the size of a pigeon egg!

Apparently, chickens can occasionally lay these tiny eggs, often called fairy eggs.

Have you ever found one in your chicken coop?

🪚 Is the Metabo HPT C10FCG2M the best budget miter saw for DIYers?

I put it to the test during a real home renovation while installing baseboards throughout my house after replacing my floors.

I was looking for a lightweight, portable saw to replace my 20 year old Ryobi without dragging around my heavy DeWalt and this one definitely surprised me.

In this review, I cover:
✅ Cutting performance
✅ LED Shadow Line accuracy
✅ Portability
✅ Ease of use
✅ Whether it’s worth buying for DIY projects

I always prefer testing tools on real projects instead of just talking about the specs. That’s the best way to find out if they’re actually worth your money.

Have you used a Metabo HPT miter saw? I’d love to hear your experience! Let me know in the comments. 👇

🏡 Kitchen makeover is officially in the planning stage! 👀

Today I stopped by Lowe’s to get inspiration and finalize the design for my new kitchen.

I actually used to be a Kitchen Designer at Lowe’s, so I know the cabinet quality really well.

I’m going with KraftMaid cabinets, but not the white ones you see in this video. 😏 I’m choosing 42” maple cabinets, and I can’t wait to show you the final look!

This is just the beginning… the demo is done, and the transformation is about to get GOOD. 🔥

I finally got the last of the old kitchen cabinets out, but the previous owner left behind a massive puzzle under the sink!

Talk about a 2000s DIY special. There was an old sink leak, so they patched the cabinet bottom with particle board and random anchor blocks on the floor, right over an AC vent!

To top it off, they used a super sticky epoxy on the formica countertop to try and mimic composite countertops, which turned into an absolute disaster to wiggle out.

I had to smash out some tile backsplash and even cut the back of the cabinet frame just to clear the dishwasher drain plumbing line.

🛠️ QUESTION FOR THE PROS: What’s the absolute best way to remove a sink base cabinet when the plumbing and drain lines are trapped inside it like that? Let me know your tricks in the comments!

🎥 LONG VIDEO COMING SOON: I am editing the full, step-by-step long-form video covering the entire floor demo, cabinet teardown, and hidden surprises right now. It drops in just a few days! YouTube Link 🔗 in BIO.

The demolition phase is officially 100% complete! What started as a simple fridge leak is now a completely blank slate, ready for a brand-new kitchen.
No more rotten wood, no more stubborn cabinets in the way, and absolutely no turning back.
