advantage of the latest energy-efficient technologies. Our aim is to deliver maximum value in every project, no matter the size of the budget. However, we are drawn to how it is used in cycling (which we love). It refers to the speed at which you pedal your bike. To achieve good cadence you must have a strong sense of balance and rhythm. Our downtown Denver loft project is nearing completion, and it’s so rewarding to see months of planning and countless decisions come to life. We included two of our original renderings alongside a few recent site photos. It never gets old seeing how closely the finished space starts to resemble the vision.

We use renderings throughout the design process to help clients really understand the space before construction begins. They make it easier to explore ideas, fine-tune the details, and make confident decisions along the way.

Projects like this are always a team effort. We’re grateful to be working with Travis at Home Renew and the talented VonMod team, whose custom cabinetry has helped bring the space to life.

As construction wraps up, we’re also helping our clients furnish the space, selecting furniture, rugs, and lamps so everything feels cohesive from the architecture to the finishing touches.

The art studio addition to this Krisana Park mid-century modern is nearly complete with Honeycomb Construction. Painting is underway, and the transformation is really taking shape!

One of our favorite updates was removing the faux thin stone and replacing it with horizontally stacked brick, a material and pattern that feels much more authentic to the period.

We are so excited! Demolition and foundations have begun on this addition to a mid-century modern home in our Krisana Park neighborhood w/ Honeycomb Construction. The new space will include two home art studios and a laundry space. It’s not always easy to add onto a mid-century home without it looking…added on. This new carport was designed to feel like it’s been there all along, with clean lines, precise proportions, a new entry, new lighting, a nice wood slat screen with a steel planter, and a fresh paint job.

Courtyard homes work well because they offer privacy without feeling closed off, natural light from multiple sides, opportunities for natural ventilation, and a strong connection between house and landscape. We like this option as it respects the scale of the original structure.
