1. Missing drip edge flashing

When step flashing is installed incorrectly, or not installed at all such as at this house in Littleton Colorado, leaks can occur that can cause the wood decking to rot. This calls for all the shingles to be removed, the bad wood to be cut out and replaced, and the shingles to be re-installed properly with step flashing.
