Hello all my name is Daniel Kaspari of Ginger Dan the Handyman. I am born and raised here in Denver, Co in the Marley/ Harvey Park neighborhoods. I love working with my hands and creating something to be proud of. which includes your home issues, I love to see the smile on your faces when I can fix that annoying problem you've had in your home.
I have been in the construction industry since I was young. Remodeled homes for about a decade.
Handyman is now my love. I can do multiple things in one trip for people.
Home owners have so many small and annoying problems that most Contractors do not want to touch or have time to do.
I can provide a service unlike most others.
- doors issues: sagging, not latching, loose handles, door hinges that need tightened, etc
- plumbing issues:
faucets replacement, p-traps, switching turn off water valves that leak or do not shut off, toilet repair or replacement, etc...
- dishwasher replace
- water heater replacement
- drywall, texture and paint
- railing install for stairs
- landscaping
- window repair: you can replace the window assisted mechanism, instead of replacing your whole window.
- gutter cleaning and repair
- Caulk, Silicone cracks and gaps. (bathroom, toilet, shower, windows, doors, foundation driveways etc)
- lightfixture/ fan replacement
- outlet swaps.
- so much more that I can do to make your house a home for you.

-$60hr for basic household repairs.
-$150 min for most plumbing
-$900 water heater replacement
-Bigger jobs, pay by job not hours.
