We are happy to announce that we switched over our central station monitoring services to Rapid Response Monitoring! This now allows us to have interactive text messaging as well as other exciting new features. Our decision to switch out monitoring services is based on one primary factor, our personal commitment to provide first-rate quality service, protection, and redundancy. Our new monitoring service will be performed by one of the most technologically advanced, redundant communications centers in the country. These facilities are underwriter laboratories listed, factory mutual approved and security industry association certified. This means that your protection meets strict standards set by each of the governing agencies in areas such as response time, staffing and training requirements, automated record keeping and computerized alarm response procedures.
