Tiny Home Electrical Package is now available from Boomtown Buildings . Add this electrical package to any new Graceland Building bought through Boomtown Buildings. You say you didn't buy your building here?... We can still help. This package can be installed in any new portable building and installed on site.

This complete package is a cash add on and does not qualify for RTO payments. This is a complete package including a 100 amp breaker box and breakers. 2 light fixtures and 2 switches, 1 GFI outlet, 3 standard outlets, 1 dryer outlet 220v 30 amp, 1 oven outlet 220v 30 amp, and 10 junction boxes. Plus the necessary amount of 12/2 and 12/3 Romex wire to complete the job.

This package is fully installed and ready to be hooked to your power source. All that is left for the home owner is to work with their power company and have the power from the pole hooked up to the ready and waiting 100 amp breaker box.

At only 1500.00 plus tax this will put you well ahead of the game when it comes to a livable and workable home.
