Before and after of a deck rebuild! Demoed old deck and front precast cement stairs. Dug and poured 8 10” footings. Deck frame built with pressure treated lumber and installed all proper hardware. Decking done in Trex Island Mist with white band and vinyl rails. Wrapped underneath of the deck with vinyl lattice. Installed new front Anderson Storm door. Jack hammered old asphalt walk way to old deck.

Before and after of two bedrooms remodeled. Removed old doors and access doors. Removed old baseboards and trim. Filled all holes and scuffs in walls. Painted both rooms ceilings with flat white. Walls done in Newburyport Blue and trim done in a white semi-gloss. Installed three new six panel doors and four new access doors made out of Birch 3/4 plywood. Finished with 5 1/2 “ baseboards.

Before and after of an office remodel for Bedford Commons. Removed old broacher holders and shelves, along with old wooden office desks and dividers. Patched all holes and scuffs in the walls and painted with Softened Green by Sherwin-Williams. Installed for new adjustableble stand up desks with new dividers. Hauled all old items to the dump.

Before and after of a deck in Laconia, Nh. Decking boarder done with Trex decking colored Clam Shell paired with Trex Tide pool. Tide pool decking installed underneath for a finished look. Wrapped band with royal composite wood grained trim boards in white. Installed 1/4” welded wire fencing for railings for a more open view of the lake. Along with two spring loaded gates.

Before and after of a job for Londonderry High School. School wanted to turn the boys locker room into a media room. Removed all damaged lockers and hauled to the dump and saved the good ones. Then demoed cement pads that were under the lockers and hauled to a dump site.

Before and after of a deck. Demoed old deck and 10” stair pad that had sunk. Installed new pressure treated frame and new cement pad for the stairs. Decking done in Fiberon Ticki Torch. Royal composite trim boards and Expanse vinyl railings. Wrapped underneath with white vinyl lattice.

Before and after of a floor out of Derry, Nh. Started with removal of old carpet and pad. Then removed all base boards. Installed CoreLuxe Lifeproof flooring. Re-installed baseboards and 1/4 round molding around hearth and exterior door. All old debris hauled off to the dump.

Before and after of a new deck! Supported over hang with 4x4. Then removed old deck, posts, and stairs. Installed new pressure treated lumber. Foggy Warf colored decking, white rail with black spindles for railings. Ceiling done with composite 1x5 Bead board. Enclosed underneath of deck with black lattice. Painted deck frame black for lattice.

Filled in holes in walls then painted with BennMoore Scuffx paint in Sea Salt. Installed life proof flooring in natural oak. Installed new white dual sink vanity. Installed new baseboards.
