Custom homes are one of the many services we offer, and this one is a great example of what that looks like from the ground up. Every phase of this project, site work through final finishes, was managed and executed by our team, with design by Madison Avenue Design & Home Styling.
This ranch sits at 2,700 sq ft on the main floor with a fully finished basement, 3-car garage, 5 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. The exterior is a mix of LP board and batten with a stone facade, with warm wood accents in the gable peaks.
The kitchen features custom green cabinetry, quartz countertops, a wood range hood, and an off-kitchen walk-in pantry with its own cabinetry and prep space. The great room has a vaulted ceiling, a floor-to-ceiling tiled fireplace, and custom built-in shelving. Open to the kitchen and dining area throughout.
The master suite includes a large walk-in closet with direct access to the laundry room, and an ensuite with a freestanding soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower with wood-look tile and matte black fixtures, and dual vanities with a tile floor.
The basement was finished with a custom wet bar, dark cabinetry, butcher block island, black countertops, and a built-in entertainment wall. Custom built-ins and cabinetry run throughout the entire home.
A project like this involves a lot of moving parts: coordinating trades, managing a detailed timeline, and holding a high standard across every phase from foundation to finish. That's the work that happens behind the scenes on every custom home we build, and it's what we're here to do.
