Our first craft show of the season is less than 24 hours away. We would love to see you this weekend at the Callahan Promotions Craft show located at the Iowa State Fairgrounds. We set up tonight and the building was filling up with lots of great vendors with outstanding items just waiting for you! Stop by booth 21D and say hi!!

The post you all have been waiting for is finally here! Our first giveaway of the season! We will be giving away THREE $50 gift certificates to spend at our first fall arts and crafts show in Des Moines at the Iowa State Fairgrounds Sept. 26-28! We have over 250 vendors signed up to showcase their awesome, one of a kind, quality, hand made items for you to purchase!

Well, we made it through a great fall/winter in person craft show season. Sales were very good and friends we met were even better! We both agreed that spending a LOT of time together painting was a LOT of fun this year. We can't always say that but this year our focus was teamwork and to paint things that made us smile. It worked. We have some inventory left/for sale and if anyone is interested, we will post it.
As the holiday season kicks into full gear remember to take some time to for yourself, reflect on things that have brought you JOY and have fun creating memories. We truly appreciate all of you!!

Hey All, Happy Summer! We are pleased to report that Christi is recovering well from rotator cuff surgery and painting/crafting has resumed. Jody finally admitted that without Christi's motivation she just wasn't up to painting alone but don't worry we both are back at it. We snuck in a fun trip to Niagara Falls before the paint brushes started fly. We saw some very beautiful sites and even a couple unique ones.
This week so many of our wonderful friends will be involved in Virtual Home Decor Marketplace Christmas in July sale and we highly encourage you to support their small businesses. We will be back in the near future and look forward to "seeing" you all.

This Crafty Rat is out of commission for about six weeks. Rotator cuff surgery, just what every crafter dreams of...not!!! The other Crafty Rat has been so kind helping me adjust to one regular working arm and one T-Rex arm. Hopefully after a few days I can adjust enough to attempt some crafting. Until then Rex, (my sling) and I will continue to be humbled by so many kind and caring people.
