Drywall patch and paint for a client who had some c***s giving them problems!!! Did a nice butterfly patch and feathered and painted and it looks oh so nice! Pro tip: Insurance companies will not pay for rodent repair work, it’s explicitly excluded in home policies. BUT racc***s are a member of the bear family and with an appeal you will win coverage!

That’s right folks. If your touching earth or ground or anything that is in contact with earth, and you touch a hot wire, you become the ground. Then you get shocked. Always shut off the power when working on electrical circuits. Always verify with a multimeter or at least a hot stick that the circuit you shut off is the circuit you are working on. When in doubt, call a professional! For all your electrical needs, please reach out. We have a licensed electrician we work with on larger jobs!

We helped this customer with some weather damage get some repairs done on both the inside and outside of there house. We replaced a sliding door and an exterior door, resheeted and got the house sided, and revamped this deck for the home owners.

Today we got some framing done. Furred and leveled up this area that used to be a deck with a sloped floor, put in a new subfloor and now it’s ready to accept finish flooring so that there will be no longer be a transition in this area of the house. Also did a bit of framing to close off a doorway and add closet space. This project is coming along! Bonus: found some old old cigarette rolling papers packaging in the old house!

Last week I began a remodel on a giant Victorian duplex on 972 26th street. For this project I will be acting as general contractor as well as handling all carpentry on the project. This is a down to studs renovation in nearly the entire house and will include entirely new plumbing, electrical, and hvac throughout as well as spray foam insulation. Stay tuned for cool updates on this awesome project in the Drake neighborhood.
