Removed two layers of existing flooring and the second layer of subfloor. Installed a new subfloor sheet, underlayment, and finished with vinyl flooring and quarter round trim.

Recently completed a pillar replacement project for a repeat client. While these pillars serve a decorative purpose, we utilized 6x6 pre-treated lumber wrapped in red cedar. We have successfully installed a 300ft privacy fence for a recurring client. featuring a 4ft gate and a 12ft double drive gate, acknowledging that substantial gates often experience sagging with time. To address this, we employed 6x6 pre-treated posts and sloped the concrete base to minimize water retention, ultimately increasing the lifespan of both gates and the fence. Our client was extremely pleased with the results.😀
