An all too familiar sight with ICF pools.

Cracks in the finish, patches coming away, and an owner left wondering how long the next repair will last.

Severe freeze–thaw conditions can be tough on cementitious finishes. These finishes have limited flexibility to accommodate movement, and once water gets into the cracks, repeated freezing and thawing can make the damage worse.

A reinforced PVC membrane is well suited to this application, providing a flexible, watertight lining that can accommodate minor movement.

A closer look at the finished Ocean Sands condominium pool in Atlantic City, NJ.

This 6th-floor indoor stainless steel pool was given a new lease of life with a professionally installed PVC membrane system.
